The Virginia Trapshooting Hall of Fame, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to preserving the legacy and promoting the future of trapshooting throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our mission is to honor individuals who have excelled in competition or contributed significantly to the sport’s development, while educating the public on its rich social and historical significance.

We place a strong emphasis on supporting youth shooting programs, helping to inspire and cultivate the next generation of Virginia trapshooters. Through recognition, education, and outreach, we aim to foster lifelong engagement with the sport and ensure its continued growth.

As a charitable and educational organization, we collect and preserve historical materials, celebrate achievements, and provide resources and programs that benefit the public and promote the values of sportsmanship, community, and tradition.
